Global Agency Consolidation and Business Process Outsourcing Initiative– A company-wide initiative for a strategic sourcing consortium to bring together its operating companies under a single program in an effort to streamline process and leverage travel spend. This project included a 90 day action plan and resulted in KesselRun taking over the on going Program Management responsibilities. The project included a significant change management effort and restructuring of corporate policy based on similar industry benchmarks.
End to End Technology Assessment and Integration – A comprehensive strategic sourcing and implementation initiative that included a RFP and selection process, overseeing technology integration, and finally providing application support and on-going training for a new front end booking engine, travel tracking and security technology, electronic fulfillment and automated expense management.
Program Strategic Review – A comprehensive analysis of a publicly traded IT consulting company that has grown significantly by acquisition over the past several years. The analysis required a 6 month, 2 year, and 5 year plan to consolidate programs, streamline processes, and align vendors. |
