In the event you wish to update or delete an email address in our possession, at any time, for any reason, please contact info@kesselrunconsulting.com to make those changes and be sure to list the e-mail address/s you would like removed. In most instances, removal of the submitted e-mail addresses will be accomplished within 72 business hours.

Membership and Orders

KesselRun will never share or use personal information provided in the course of becoming a client of KesselRun for any reason other than to manage your client partner relationship, such as contacting you for general business purposes.

Information provided to us in the course of securing KesselRun services (free or otherwise) may be retained for use in future communications, such as product and service offerings that we believe may be of interest to you. This information will not be given, sold, rented, traded, lent or shared or otherwise provided to anyone else without your prior consent (except when compelled by law — see below).

Compelled Disclosure

If we are required by law to disclose any information that you have provided us, we will attempt to give you notice (unless we are prohibited) that a request for your information has been made, in order to give you an opportunity to object.
